Talent Pool

The Mini Society helps the 6th grade students learn economic principles by creating their own economy and becoming entrepreneurs
within that society. The students name their society and create their own flag, government and money. Students learn to make contracts, keep records and pay taxes. They just love this hands-on method for learning how money works.

All students have the opportunity to research topics of their choice. The final projects will be in the form of a Power Point Presentation.

The Invention Convention was a great success! Five of our young inventors will advance to the AEA 13 competition. Congratulations!
